Buy T-ShirtEvery sheet begins with wood. The image is carved by hand into multiple woodblocks. Each color is printed separately. Each sheet is aligned by hand.
One millimeter of error ruins everything. Which is why this technique has survived for over 200 years — and why only 500 prints can exist.

Every color begins as a separate carved block. One millimeter off — the entire print fails.

Pigments applied and transferred manually. Dozens of color passes. Each one irreversible.

Behind every ukiyo-e print is a team of craftsmen. Carvers. Printers. Paper makers. Each one mastering a role passed down for generations.
Tradition survives not through machines — but through hands.
Traditional ukiyo-e prints cannot be mass produced. Each impression takes alignment, pressure and time. Once the edition is complete, the run ends.

Each print is handcrafted in limited batches of 100 per month. Shipments begin July 2026 and continue through November 2026. Orders are fulfilled chronologically — the earlier you purchase, the sooner you receive your print.
Rates in JPY. Via DHL/FedEx (Asia, Oceania, North America) or EMS (Europe, Middle East, Africa, South America). Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
