The Website is operated by UNDONE Japan (a division of UNDONE, registered at 6-31-15 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001, Japan) in collaboration with Akihabara Premium Collection (UNDONE Japan Co., Ltd., 6-31-15 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001, Japan).
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Website promotes a limited edition collection including the Chainsaw Man Ukiyo-e Woodblock Print (limited to 500 pieces worldwide), apparel (hoodie and t-shirt), and related merchandise.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the handmade nature of the items.
Each ukiyo-e woodblock print is handcrafted by artisans using traditional techniques. Due to the nature of the handmade production process, slight variations between individual prints are normal and expected. These variations are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.
All purchases made through links on this Website are processed by third-party e-commerce platforms. We do not process payments directly on this Website. By completing a purchase through a linked platform, you agree to be bound by that platform's terms of service and payment terms in addition to these terms.
Prices displayed on the Website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout on the respective e-commerce platform.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
The ukiyo-e woodblock print is limited to 500 pieces worldwide. We reserve the right to limit purchases to a maximum of 3 units per person. If we detect multiple orders that appear to be from the same person, we may cancel excess orders at our discretion.
Each print is individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The edition number assigned is determined by order of production and cannot be selected or requested by the buyer.
Each item is prepared for protected shipment with careful packaging suitable for collectible merchandise. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, stock availability, and the handmade production schedule.
Please note that as each piece is handmade by craftsmen, the delivery schedule may change depending on production status. International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties and additional charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.
Because this is a limited collectible release, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. All sales are considered final.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one week of purchase at spark@undone.co.jp. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be accepted.
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at spark@undone.co.jp with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
By submitting the sign-up form on the Website, you agree to receive email communications from us, including exclusive content, product updates, early access notifications and promotional offers related to this project. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly.
